Steph
Owner & Seamstress
Stephanie's core inspiration and skills are derived from her Grandmother who was a dressmaker. Stephanie began working in bridal shops at the age of 15 years old and from here her imagination grew. Stephanie worked her way up to a Bridal Advisor, furthering to fittings and then a competent bridalwear seamstress in her early years.
During this time Stephanie completed a National Diploma in Textiles at the Hereford Collage of Art and Design following onto a BA(Hons) degree in Fashion Design at the University of Wales, Newport.
Stephanie Kyles Bridal was Established in 2012 where Stephanie worked as a freelance dressmaker and seamstress, and then in April 2021 opened the bridal studio in a beautiful barn conversion on the outskirts of Hereford.
Helen
Bridal Stylist and Seamstress
Helens bridal Journey started as a wedding florist after completing her C&G course in college and then moved into wedding venue dressing. With her abundance of creative skills and great passion for the wedding industry we were thrilled to have her join our team. Helen was already an accomplished sewer before she joined us however she expanded her skill and trained with us to become a bridal seamstress.
P.S Helen was also a Stephanie Kyles Bridal bride when she got married in 2018.
Natalie
Bridal assistant and seamstress
Natalie has a great passion for the wedding industry. With having a degree in fashion design and a background working in interior design and costume design she brings a great wealth of experience to our bridal team. Natalie is with us part time and also works as a wedding coordinator so brings an abundance of organisation skills with her.
Awards
Stephanie was the Herefordshire finalist for The Dan Marshal Creativity award in the Matrimony Awards 2019.
She was Herefordshire finalist for Bridalwear Pre-loved / Handmade Category and also the Sweet Beginnings Special Touches award in the Matrimony Awards 2020.
And finalist for Herefordshire and overall winner for Best Bridalwear Pre-loved /Handmade Category in the Matrimony awards 2021.
